Level 1 Letter – Configured for Xero

Description

If you are a Xero subscriber then you can add this template into your Xero and setup the collection cycle.  Xero will then populate the letter and send it out on your behalf.

The letter should be used as a first contact letter with your customer as part of your credit control strategy.  It is designed as a soft reminder to your customer and should be used when an invoice first becomes overdue.

We recommend saving the template before adding the detail to Xero as if you lose the template you will need to repurchase it.
