Your Credit Controller is integral to us working with you to support you in getting your invoices paid to terms.  They will have at least five years experience of ledger credit control and a desire to share there knowledge, skills and experience with you and your business.

They can’t offer a silver bullet or guaranteed solution that will ensure that you always get paid when you are supposed to.

However, by leveraging there experience, skills and expertise they can put you in the strongest place to be paid to terms.

We utilise industry leading proactive collection techniques that are standard practice in many large companies that employ teams of Credit Controllers to look after there debts.

As such we don’t just chase your overdue invoices for you.  We don’t even start at the point where the invoice is overdue.

Instead our contact with your customer starts during the credit period to ensure safe receipt of the invoice and to also give the customer an opportunity to raise any issues or disputes prior to the due date of the invoice.

This allows any such issues to be addressed before the invoice falls due which means that even where there are such issues you still have the potential to be paid on the invoice due date.

Your Credit Controller will also assist you in the onboarding of new customers.  In interacting with them to understand there requirements for an invoice that can be easily processed and paid to terms.  Where it is a customer that we have worked with in the past we will also use this experience and knowledge to support you.

We have guardians on staff that have used many of the invoicing portals that large PLC’s utilise nowadays and so we are more than capable of supporting you to register on the portal, download what you need and to get your invoice through there system.

Our guardians are also experienced in dealing with companies that operate a “No PO No Pay” policy.  During your onboarding with us we will identify these customers and setup  a process for monitoring the spend against the purchase orders issued.  Where the PO is 75% spent or there is no more than two invoices worth of value left on it we will either start the process of getting a replacement or advise you so you can do so.

Your Credit Controller also has access to the knowledge, skills and experience of our Managing Director whose credit control career spans over twenty years in which he has collected debts ranging between a few hundred pounds all the way up to and including £9.5m.  Alongside, an ability to share with other team members to leverage there knowledge as well.
